Anything bought from 1 November 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027, or within our usual 60 days if that's later. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Custom-fit and personalised items can't be returned unless faulty.

Returns & exchanges
You have 60 days to send back anything unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Book a DPD return through our returns portal. The £8 label cost comes off your refund once the item is back with us, so there’s nothing to pay upfront.
- Or send it back your own way, at your own cost, with no £8 charge.
We aim to process returns within 48 hours of them reaching us. Custom-fit and personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty.

Delivery
Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and in-stock items go out the same day with DPD. Orders after 2pm go out the next working day, and orders after 2pm on Friday go out on Monday (bank holidays excepted).
