We hope that you are happy with your order, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 30 day returns period on all purchases that are in their original condition and packaging and endeavor to process all returns in 48 hours of receipt.



Extended Returns until 15th January 2021

All orders placed from 1st October 2021 will be subject to an extended returns period, simply return your order for an exchange or refund before 15th January 2022.

To Return An Item

Fill in the returns form you received with your order or you can download one here, securely package your item in the original packaging and post to:

Express Golf, The Fairways, Bradford, BD9 6BR, UK

Please use a reputable courier (Parcel Force, UPS etc.) for larger items or Royal Mail service for smaller items, please ensure the service you have selected has adequate insurance to cover the value of the item being returned. Unwanted orders are returned at your own expense.

To Cancel An Order

If you wish to cancel your order please email us at with your order number.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within its warranty period please email us at and we will advise on the best way to proceed.

We reserve the right to acquire a manufacturers inspection before we refund or exchange any items to verify an official decision of some complaints. On products within their warranty period, we will always replace or repair the item. If the item is faulty after 30 days and up to 6 months we will repair or replace the product and refund any carriage charges you may incur. After this six month period expires all returns of faulty goods within warranty periods are to be returned at the customer’s cost.


We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way from you to us.

We cannot accept returns on non-faulty used merchandise, special offers, custom fit golf clubs and personalized items.
