Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your order, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 30 day returns period on all purchases that are in their original condition and packaging and endeavour to process all returns in 48 hours of receipt.
TO RETURN AN ITEM
Fill in the returns form you received with your order or you can download one here, securely package your item in the original packaging and post to:
Express Golf, The Fairways, Bradford, BD9 6BR, UK
Please use a reputable courier (ParcelForce, Hermes etc.) for larger items or Royal Mail service for smaller items, please ensure the service you have selected has adequate insurance to cover the value of the item being returned.
TO CANCEL AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within its warranty period please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on the best way to proceed.
We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way from you to us. We cannot accept returns on non-faulty used merchandise, special offers, custom fit golf clubs and personalised items.
We reserve the right to acquire a manufacturers inspection before we refund or exchange any items to verify an official decision of some complaints. On products within their warranty period, we will always replace or repair the item.
