Anything bought from 1 November 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027, or within our usual 60 days if that's later. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Custom-fit and personalised items can't be returned unless faulty.
Buy from us between 1 and 30 November 2026 and, if the price of the same item drops on our website before the end of 30 November, we'll refund the difference.

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and in-stock items go out the same day with DPD. Orders after 2pm go out the next working day, and orders after 2pm on Friday go out on Monday (bank holidays excepted).

Saturday delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm on Friday. We can’t currently deliver to Europe, worldwide or to PO boxes.
