The Motocaddy S1 Electric Golf Trolley is well made, durable and most of all proven to perform! The lightweight frame is easy fold up and down and locks into place when not in use which makes it very easy to load into your boot after a long round. Add these to the nine speed settings; battery indicator; adjustable bag supports, plus compatibility with the popular EASILOCK™ system . Lithium battery as standard which should last up to 5 times longer than a lead acid battery .

Battery Charging Advice

  • The battery should always be charged after every use no matter how many holes have been completed
  • We would advise that the battery is disconnected once it is fully charged as it is not necessary to keep the battery plugged in
  • This does not need to be done immediately so do not worry if you are not able to disconnect the battery as soon as it finishes, just as soon as you notice that it is fully charged.
  • Do not use timer switches with your charger as they may turn the charger off before the battery is fully charged
  • If you have not used your battery for a month or more then we would advise giving it a top up before next use to ensure it has a full charge
  • Batteries should not be charged on a carpeted surface, lithium batteries can remain in the battery tray of the trolley whilst charging.

Warranty Information

The trolley and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty and can be registered online using the Warranty Registration form.

The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the trolley, battery and charger in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact Motocaddy direct on +44 (0)1279 712370 to allow Motocaddy to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

If we diagnose that you require a spare part, we will send it to you by first class post with easy to follow fitting instructions. Failing which we will collect, repair (if possible) and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at our cost (in the case of a faulty trolley, this must be in its original packaging). If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and admin charges plus the costs of parts and labour. A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the trolley, battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.

 

Delivery INFORMATION

All orders are dispatched using DPD which features a ‘1 Hour Delivery Window’ with extensive tracking & enhanced delivery options for your convenience. Pre-Orders or Custom Order will be assigned an estimated delivery date.

BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND ORDERS MAY SEE SLIGHT DELIVERY DELAYS VIA DPD DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF PARCELS IN THE NETWORK.

Once dispatched you can:

  • Change delivery day
  • Deliver to a neighbour
  • Assigned a safe place for your parcel to be left

Orders placed after 1pm Friday (if Thursday is Bank Holiday Friday) will be dispatched the following Monday (except bank holidays).

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your order, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 30 day returns period on all purchases that are in their original condition and packaging and endeavor to process all returns in 48 hours of receipt.

 

EXTENDED RETURNS

Extended Returns until 15th January 2021

All orders placed from 1st October 2021 will be subject to an extended returns period, simply return your order for an exchange or refund before 15th January 2022.

Fill in the returns form you received with your order or you can download one here, securely package your item in the original packaging and post to:

Please use a reputable courier (ParcelForce, Hermes etc.) for larger items or Royal Mail service for smaller items, please ensure the service you have selected has adequate insurance to cover the value of the item being returned.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within its warranty period please email us at info@expressgolf.co.uk and we will advise on the best way to proceed.

NOTES
We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way from you to us. We cannot accept returns on non-faulty used merchandise, special offers, custom fit golf clubs and personalized items.

We reserve the right to acquire a manufacturers inspection before we refund or exchange any items to verify an official decision of some complaints. On products within their warranty period, we will always replace or repair the item. If the item is faulty after 30 days and up to 6 months we will repair or replace the product and refund any carriage charges you may incur. After this six month period expires all returns of faulty goods within warranty periods are to be returned at the customer’s cost.
