All orders are dispatched using DPD which features a ‘1 Hour Delivery Window’ with extensive tracking & enhanced delivery options for your convenience.
We offer a 45 day returns period on all purchases that are in their original condition and packaging and endeavour to process all returns in 48 hours of receipt.

Please use a reputable courier (Parcel Force, UPS etc.) for larger items or Royal Mail service for smaller items, please ensure the service you have selected has adequate insurance to cover the value of the item being returned. Unwanted orders are returned at your own expense.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at support@expressgolf.co.uk with your order number.
Should your product develop a fault within the warranty period we will either repair, replace with the same product, an alternative to the same value or offer credit against any other product in stock on our website – we offer a Free Exchange Service via DPD and will collect the faulty product and deliver the replacement at the same time.
Products that become faulty within the first 30 days may be refunded in full once inspected and will be collected at our expense via DPD.

Should you wish to exchange an unwanted item for a replacement item you can use our DPD Exchange Service.
You can select any weekday and any address for the exchange to take place, we will then arrange for DPD to deliver the replacement item – they will collect the unwanted item at the same time and delivery back to us.
Please ensure the item being returned is packaged and a copy of your order is enclosed ready to collect of your chosen exchange day.
