To Return An Item

You can return unused items with all original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us and for any re-delivery costs incurred should you wish to make an exchange.

Please use a reputable courier (Parcel Force, UPS etc.) for larger items or Royal Mail service for smaller items, please ensure the service you have selected has adequate insurance to cover the value of the item being returned.

On receiving the item we will issue a refund or replacement. To speed up the returns process please keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.

We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way from you to us.

We cannot accept returns on non-faulty used merchandise, special offers, custom fit golf clubs and personalized items.
