To Return An Item
You can return unused items with all original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us and for any re-delivery costs incurred should you with to make an exchange.
DPD Exchange Service - You can use this exchange service to exchange an item at your convenience; we arrange for DPD to deliver a new item and collect the item you wish to return at the same time. The cost of this service is £10.
